Term of use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the terms of use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "these Services") provided by Yuusha Typing on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and Yuusha Typing relating to the use of the Services.
In addition to these Terms, Yuusha Typing may make various provisions regarding the Services, such as rules for use (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). These Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms, regardless of their name.
In the event that the provisions of these Terms conflict with the provisions of the Individual Provisions in the previous article, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Registration for this service is completed when the person who wishes to register agrees to these terms and conditions, applies for user registration in the manner specified by Yuusha Typing, and Yuusha Typing approves the application.
Yuusha Typing may not approve the application for user registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and is under no obligation to disclose the reason.
1. If false information is reported when applying for user registration
2. If the application is from a person who has violated these terms and conditions
3. If Yuusha Typing determines that the user registration is not appropriate for any other reason

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users shall properly manage their user ID and password for this service at their own responsibility.
Under any circumstances, users may not transfer or lend their user ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. When a user ID and password combination matches the registered information and a user logs in, Yuusha Typing will consider that the user ID is being used by the user who registered it.
Yuusha Typing shall not be liable for any damages caused by a third party using the user ID and password, except in cases where Yuusha Typing is guilty of intentional or gross negligence.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service.

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal acts
Acts that infringe on the contents of this service, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in this service
Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of Yuusha Typing, other users, or other third parties
Acts that commercially use information obtained through this service
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Yuusha Typing service
Acts of unauthorized access or attempts to unauthorized access
Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc., about other users
Acts of using this service for unauthorized purposes
Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties
Acts of impersonating other users
Publicity, advertising, solicitation, or sales activities on this service that are not permitted by Yuusha Typing
Acts aimed at meeting members of the opposite sex who the user has not met
Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the Yuusha Typing service
Any other acts that Yuusha Typing deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of provision of this service, etc.)

Yuusha Typing may suspend or interrupt provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to the user if it determines that any of the following circumstances exist:
1. When maintenance, inspection, or updates are performed on the computer system related to this service
2. When it becomes difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
4. When Yuusha Typing judges it difficult to provide this service
Yuusha Typing shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration)

Yuusha Typing may, without prior notice, restrict the users use of all or part of this service or cancel the users registration if the user falls under any of the following:
1. If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
2. If it is discovered that the registered information is false
3. If you do not respond to contact from Yuusha Typing for a certain period of time
4. If you have not used this service for a certain period of time since your last use
5. If Yuusha Typing otherwise determines that use of this service is inappropriate
Yuusha Typing shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of actions taken by Yuusha Typing based on this article.

Article 7 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw from this service by following the withdrawal procedure set out by Yuusha Typing.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer)

Yuusha Typing does not guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, suitability for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors, bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).
Yuusha Typing shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of the Service. However, if the contract between Yuusha Typing and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms) is a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply.
Even in the case of the proviso of the preceding paragraph, Yuusha Typing shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to a breach of contract or tort caused by Yuusha Typings negligence (excluding gross negligence) that arise from special circumstances (including cases where Yuusha Typing or the user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of the damage). In addition, compensation for damages incurred by the user due to a breach of contract or tort caused by Yuusha Typings negligence (excluding gross negligence) shall be limited to the amount of the usage fee received from the user in the month in which the damage occurred.
Yuusha Typing shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes, etc. that arise between the user and other users or third parties regarding this service.

Article 9 (Changes to the content of the service, etc.)

Yuusha Typing may change the content of this service or discontinue the provision of this service without notifying the user, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of this.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)

Yuusha Typing may change these terms at any time without notifying the user if it deems it necessary. In addition, if the user starts using this service after the changes to these terms, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

Yuusha Typing will handle personal information acquired through the use of this service appropriately in accordance with Yuusha Typings "Privacy Policy".

Article 12 (Notification or Contact)

Notification or contact between the user and Yuusha Typing will be made in a manner specified by Yuusha Typing. Yuusha Typing will notify or contact the currently registered contact information as valid, unless the user notifies the user of the change in accordance with a method separately specified by Yuusha Typing, and these will be deemed to have reached the user at the time of sending.

Article 13 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer or pledge to a third party their status under the Terms of Use or their rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of Yuusha Typing.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms of Use shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of Yuusha Typings head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
