Article 6 (Disclosure of personal information)

  1. When Typing Olympics is requested by the person to disclose personal information, it will disclose it to the person without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each disclosure of personal information.

  3. If Typing Olympiad makes a correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make a correction, etc., it shall notify the user of this without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc.)

  1. If TypingOlympics is requested by the individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") the use of personal information because the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or because it was obtained by illegal means, TypingOlympics will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. If TypingOlympics determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, it will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
  3. If TypingOlympics suspends use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend use, etc., it will notify the user without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. is costly or it is otherwise difficult to suspend use, etc., and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, this alternative measure will be taken.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters specified by laws, regulations, or other provisions in this policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by Typing Olympics, the changed privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
